We pride ourselves on providing a very friendly and personal service; you will almost always see the same vet for the same problem, which means you and your pets get very good continuity and the best quality service. Our appointment slots are 15 minutes long which means consultations are always thorough and unrushed. This also means waiting times are kept to a minimum. Our vets are usually available during the middle of the day for advice and are often at the front desk to greet clients personally. We are committed to rapid turnaround of test results and can usually phone you with results well before you would normally expect. We only employ highly experienced/qualified nurses. This means that your first point of contact when you phone or come in will often be a Veterinary Nurse. In addition to this all general anaesthetics and sedations are monitored ONLY by our experienced nurses. We operate an automated reminder system for repeat prescriptions so that you can continue to collect medicines for your pet as and when you need them. This also means we closely monitor your pet’s health and progress whenever they are on long-term medication. Any changes can thus be detected early and problems can be prevented long before they occur. Our prices for medicines are lower than most making long-term treatment more economic. Our out of hours service is a specialist emergency care practice with vets and nurses awake and ready to see you throughout the night. Your pet will be seen by a vet who specialises in emergency medicine and surgery and who is fresh and alert having not had to work all day already. Click to read our Terms of Business
